No. The planet is already over populated by about 2 billion people and the population wont stop rising anywhere in the near future. The simple fact that we can't grow enough food to live off of is a huge reason why we're doomed if we stay here. Yet we don't have to resources to colonize another planet. So what's there to do? The best thing any single person can do for the planet and the survival of the human race is to stop having children. It goes against every natural law I've ever learned yet it's the only way to save ourselves.

No - and not on another planet, either. We are acting the same way as a virus does: destroying our host. Doesn't work that way. It's like eating the boat you're floating in.

No, of course not. Keeping all of your eggs in one basket is never a good recipe for success. If we spread, like bacteria, throughout the known universe, over time, we are virtually ensured survival.

Yes.......We have survived for the past 1000's of year and I see not reason why we cant survive another 1000's of years if we live sensibly

we won't but animals surprisingly were living before us and i guess they will continue. with this respect, this is funny to claim that we are more intelligent that animals :)
