if it is in the Calif. state traffic law then it is a leg. law. so i would check the actually enforcement book.. In AZ we call it the ARS or Arizona Revised Statue Book. Make sure you have the correct language in the book. As far a suing it may be an individual basis, since some may just plea guilty. But Calif like most other state have a program of para-legals and can give you free advice.

(do no longer understand why you will not additionally be referred to decrease than (a), on the grounds that at seventy one mph you would be breaking that regulation too.) area (c) factors you to a protection, even nonetheless it is not an absolute protection. The language isn't mandatory and leaves very much of discretion to the state and county. There may be in simple terms a million sign, miles at the back of you, and it relatively is going to be sufficient. As for the fee catch, extra information are mandatory appropriate to the officer's events in monitoring this street.

Talk to a lawyer about the feasibility of your endeavor. The quality of your lawyer will probably decide whether you can win or not.

If you can catch the government doing something illegal, I say call them on it, and let them know that US citizens are not the sheep that they think they are.
