mM is 'millimolar' in terms of dilution.

Molarity (M) denotes the number of moles of a given substance per litre of solution.
whearas 0.001 M is 1mM

NOTE: IT is NOT a Millimole.

mM is one mole divided by 1000.

m before a unit means the unit divided by one thousand

To calculate the weight of a millimole of a substance take the weight of the substance and divide by 1000
