A rainbow appears after it rains because sunlight is spread out into its spectrum of colors and diverted to the eye of the observer by water droplets. The "bow" part of the word describes the fact that the rainbow is a group of nearly circular arcs of color all having a common center.
Most people have never noticed that the sun is always behind you when you face a rainbow, and that the center of the circular arc of the rainbow is in the direction opposite to that of the sun. The rain, of course, is in the direction of the rainbow.

Since water relfects and refracts light(in short, seperates light dividing it into 7 colors), and if light hits a drizzle or rain, a rain it makes a rainbow. So if the rain stops, it means the rain cloud is not over you anymore, it is in another place especially if that cloud is far away and you can see it, and at the right angle, you can see a rainbow!

For rainbow to appear you need tiny droplets of water suspended in air, Sunlight.
After it rains droplets of water are suspended in air, under the right condition the light from the sun get split into its constituent colours and we see a rainbow. Under certain other conditions we can see two rainbows concentric to each other, one bigger than the other. The sequence of colour in these two rainbows is just opposite.

A rainbow is an optical and meteorological phenomenon that causes a nearly continuous spectrum of light to appear in the sky when the Sun shines onto droplets of moisture in the Earth's atmosphere.

i've got faith it under no circumstances rained in the past the flood. on the grounds that's what the Bible says. The earth became watered by a tidal mist. The aquifers have been so finished that the moon pulled on them two times an afternoon, bringing the water to the exterior. for the period of the flood all that water became extra to the exterior. The aquifers collapsed (we are able to nevertheless see this phenomenon going on right this moment; it extremely is a greatest reason for sinkholes in city areas), and after the flood all that water grew to grow to be locked up in ice or drained off into the oceans. a number of it soaked returned into the floor, yet not almost as much as in the past. Now we remember completely on rain to water the earth, that's why we get thunderstorms with rainbow chasers. "if it does not rained upto then, how there became agriculture" Did you even examine my answer?

the truth is it appers while it is raning,.,.
example when it is raining in a 2km (*consider it as pLace A) away from your haus ,,then at your place it is not raining.,.expect that you will see rainbow in place A ,.,.because the sunlight coming from the sun hit`s the rain,.,where in the water has a prism charactersitics that will seperate the spectrum from sun itno different colors that`s why you can see rainbow,.,but the people in place A couldn`t see the rainbow

Moisture vapour continues to 'hang' in the air after the rest has fallen as rain.
Light passes through the small drops, which act as prisms. They break the 'white' light up into the colours of the spectrum, which show through as the colours of the rainbow according to the distance from the observer, the angle of view and other factors.

Because , there is humidity in the air. The light received from the sun is splitted in its components like in a spectrophotometeras would be done by a prism and you see the components of solar lignt
