this was after eating 5 pickled eggs a few hour before!!!!

Sure you can but you shouldn't (phew!). Do your banking and shopping before the pickled eggs feast if possible. Of course, if you do because of physical necessity, it isn't a crime in most places.

My mate did that then rolled his eyes to everyone and gave the little old lady behind him a look like she had done it. Mildly amusing.
He'd been on the beer the night before too so it was a stench.
