you can go to www.dgemu.com to download games for vba and other platforms.

well first u need to download the games.try search in google then u download it.usually it's a zipped folder.then once u hav downloaded it,click the vba and then click and hold the right mouse button on the game u hav downloaded and move it to the vba screen and release the right mouse button.happy playin!

You can get gba or other roms from emulation sites one by one. But to download them in a batch, you can use torrents. I myself use torrentspy.com. If you use emulation sites, you may need to register too.
