im not able to send my letter because i dnt know if my grammar had correct?

im jerish nacario the one holder of BDO, i opned it 3 years ago and then now i had a problem about my ATM im didnt use it to any ATM machine, thats why i sent this letter to JP RIZAL BRANCH. i request to JP BDO BRANCH to please transfer my fund to my new accnt, because i cnt never go thare personally,

i think bdo will not honor such transaction that are personal.. you must go to the bank or let somebody to the transaction... just give him a letter of authorization... you can search the web for sample of letter of authorization
