At least we have the comfort to know that true anarchists can't organise themselves into a coherent group without betraying their principles, (if they have any).

No laws; due to the lack of need for laws. Laws are constructs that symbolize ethical human behavior. If people treat each other ethicly then laws would be irrelevent. I don't know if the average citizen gets past the first 2 words in this answer, but I doubt it.

Must citizen link it to havoc, turmoil anarchy is usually used when a country is not in a state of peace for example anarchy in somalia

To govern yourself and not by others. To follow the rules that are made by you and for you even if that means in a group as long as it is voluntary cooperation within that group.

in my opinion it means everything goes without laws or control by anybody , where if i hate my neighbour i can go and shoot him and nobody cares and nobody will be able to stop me (I wish)
