Need more info. DO you mean KOH and O2? Or what happens during a rxn? For the rxn, I think it would be K and H2O. Could be wrong though?

Potassium has Chemical formula as K with one valency (+1) and hydroxide also has valency of one (-1), when they react as ions the formula for Potassium hydroxide becomes KOH.
For Oxygen the chemical formula is O2(2 as subscript) it indicates Oxygen has two electron extra and has a valency of -2.
The ion of Oxygen has a formula of O--.
