I have always loved dragons but I never got to meet one or have any knowlegde of it's combat capability. What do you think? are they strong or prefer to be more discreet?

uh, hate to break it to you, but dragons never existed.
Also, why I'm at it, there is no Santa Claus. Sorry kid...
To Mr Norris, what proof of dragons exist? Has there been scientific evidence from an accredited institution? Look what up? Until you provide real data, keep your comments about "honest people" to yourself. While I may be sarcastic, and feel no shame in such, I do speak in truths, not childish fantasies.

First off, to the doubters of this question, dragons did exist and may still. Just because they aren't know the world through, doesn't mean that they are just mythological creatures and never existed. I took this site as a means for honest people asking questions to get positive feedback, not negative retorts or put-downs. That being said, the answer to your question is dragons were extremely powerful creatures. so powerful, they were thought to be the weapon of the gods. Their skin was that of a reptile. Their bone density was as tough as iron. Their wings were a means of protection. They had 2 well known vulnerable spots, or death spots. The opening under the jowls, and the eyes. This is where the wings came in use as they were as thick as the dragons scales. To those of you who doubt this, look it up and be amazed by what you find and stop raining on others parades. that just makes you an ignorant @ss.

A lone dragon is often enough to take out a city militia easily. So yeah, they were quite powerful.
