I was wondering what the quietest 80mm fan would be for my computer case?

I like using these fans since they run at roughly 14DBa and in my opinion are pretty quiet... But they will cost you some $$$

The quietest fans usually have ball bearing construction and a low Db rating. Some are very pricey. There is a way to cut the voltage to the fan down from 12 volts to 7 volts, that makes them quite also.
