First off I would cure every kind of Cancer no one deserves to go through the treatment or anything associated with this horrible disease, My second is Aids because you can live many many many years with HIV and Aids, due to the advance in medicine, My next has got to be Heart Disease b/c that is the number 1 killer in the world today, This includes Heart Attacks, Murmmers CHF Everything the whole nine yards. great Question I am very pleased with how many responses you have gotten. First would be AIDS, because frankly there are too many people in the world infected with this. Second would be breast cancer, because my aunt has it, and its a terribly depressing one for women. Third would be Alzheimer's Disease because it is heartbreaking knowing that a loved one may not even remember you.
