For most of the year, yes. But in the weeks running up to christmas my 'old' soul takes a vacation, and my sprightly, juvenile soul takes over. So basically I spend the season acting like a kid, but hey, who cares!

From a Buddhist perspective, much like the Hindu, I suspect, we have been born and reborn since beginingless time. One does get somewhat tired over such an indescribeably long time.

There are merciful deities who would give us a rest now and again, but then it's back to the grindstone again.

sometimes, I feel like I'm at least 10 years older when around certain people, then when i hang out with other people, regardless of their age, I feel like I fit in. Wierd.

Past live regression is something that people experience periodically, where they literally remember who they were 1,700 years ago. The spirits of people is far older than flesh ever will.

yes it does feel like that. i am a hindu and our religion believes in rebirth. so i guess sometimes it is the accumulated knowledge of the spirit of all our lifetimes that comes to our rescue especially at times when we are going through tough phases in our life.
