To become Rich you need money to start Business and proper planning with hard work and good luck require.... do you have all these?

There is no guarantee you will ever be rich.
You may open your business but the real question is, will your business survive the first year? 5 years?
What an abstract question. By the way only a psychic would be able to predict this, and I don't believe in psychics.
