For me I found that when I got stuck I would lose a lot of time and get stressed over this one problem.
I found that by putting all my work in a pile next to me, and starting with something I knew I could do without too much stress, then I would move on, each time I came to a problem that I had trouble with I would set myself a 10 min timer, if I haven't cracked the question by then, I put that work on the bottom of my pile and went on to the next thing, by the time I got back to the first stressful problem it seemed easier and I was often able to think it though in a different way, I kept doing this with all my work until there was none left. Good Luck!

Do first.. that which your body rejects. In other words, if you really don't want to do a thing make sure that's the thing you do first.
