Extremely painful. Just look at the size of the hole we'd have to squeeze it through! (just to clarify, I am joking. I'm not that stupid.)
EDIT - (Although after reading some of these responses, I conclude that some of you are. Hypothetically, men would have babies via cesarean. You know, cut 'em open and take the baby out.)

wellwhile having the baby maby your thing would get in the way of taking the baby out for one and in regards to ripping down there then the scorum would be ripped maybe. don'tknowif the man could handle the breast increase, strech marks, weight gain, morning sickness although ther are some men thatdo sisnce they are so close to thier wifes./

There would be no more people! You know men wouldn't go through the trouble and pain of being pregnant! They are too weak and lazy!

They'd have all the female hormones and therefore be like females, and obviously we'd have to have all the male hormones in order to impregnate them and so we'd be like males. I guess it really wouldn't be all that different.
