Not much, find out if she/he has an STD? I'm not being nasty or anything, but you may want to check it out when you feel comfortable enough with her/him. Better safe than sorry.

Do not bother about it as you can not change anything that has happened in the past. You may ask for an HIV test so that you stay safe. Still uncomfortable? Think what if he/she had never told you? Appreciate your partner's honesty & if you can't cope with it find another partner who is a virgin.

You should be thankful to him/her that he/she had come out openly. If both parties are still in love they should go for all sort of medical checkups. If every thing is fine they can have balls it would be better to kill the issue once for all and stay a happy life.
However nower days 90% people have sex before joining knots.
