Hello,

Well, it costs money from both parties, the courts time, your time away from work, and it could be wasting the courts resources.

Is this is your view a frivolous lawsuit? If you can answer, YES, to this, then do not go to court.

You may instead want to get a mediator.

The main problem is in the delay of obtaining Judgment. It may takes years to obtain Judgment for a claim that involves complicated legal issues.

They are generally lengthy and expensive. In addition, most are appealed if there is a jury award!
