i had a fibroid surgery six months ago and i really want to conceive now to save my marriage. please help me. I am an African woman and a marriage in here without children means nothing.

Do you mean that having children is extremely important to your husband and in your culture? And also, that your husband has been talking about leaving unless you get pregnant?
This I can understand. You must talk to your doctor. There are medications to increase your fertility but only the ones you need prescriptions for. These people that talk about roots and herbs are ignorant. Some things you can buy in a drugstore may make a tiny difference but that's all. Your doctor can help you!
If you are just wanting to get pregnant to, "hold your man" or you think that it will solve the issues in your marriage, think again. What are tthe problems in your marriage, what is causing the problems, and what can you and your husband do to change things so that you both feel the love that you once felt for each other? Sometimes marriage counseling helps.
If your marriage is in trouble for the second set of reasons, and you get pregnant "to save your marriage", what you might accomplish by getting pregnant is to become "a single parent".

Vitex - Agnus castus helps regulate ovulation - and is a natural herb which can be bought from health shops
Clomid - is a fertility drug - but can only be prescribed from a Dr if there is cause to have it - i.e no ovulation - but you may have to undergo tests before you'll get this

something you can get without a drs prescripton, over the counter, is (dont laugh) horny goat weed. it increases fertility, and helps with arousal...good luck!
