It's nearby a railroad track... maybe you should find the train schedule and look if it will pass during the night. If it's the case, it may be expensive for bad nights.

Well, in terms of your question on location, it depends on what you are looking for. Are you looking for a child-friendly location with good schools etc, or good night life/restraunts, close to CBD or transport?
Different people have different requirements!

it's a cute little house! Hard to say, I'm not in your country so I don't know if it's a good value for the money or if the area it's in is decent. Good luck!
