She's great, always on time, and really nice... not all are...... I want to give her something to thank her... what would you give?

I'm a school bus driver, and I've gotten some good presents.
Home made cookies and cakes are good, especially if you have a unique recipe- I remember a plate of Greek cookies in particular.
Boxes of store bought Candy and cookies are fine, but go for better quality and smaller quantities- Even bad drivers get some gifts, and good drivers will get lots of presents, and you want to give her a heart attack or diabetes.
Gift cards are great. One good choose is major retail stores like Penney's or Target. What ever stores are big in your area. Another good gift is gift cards from Fast food restaurants. Bus drivers often take trips (the basketball team needs to get to Merrytown for the big game) or have extended times between their runs, and in both cases they like to get something to eat.
Hope that gives you some ideas. But also remember that most drivers just feel appreciated when they get gifts, so you don't have to get the perfect gift. If she's as special as she says, your bus driver will like just about anything you get her.

a basket of goodies like homemade cookies and one of those funny car signs/ stickers you could stick on the back of the bus.
or a goodies basket with a self made card thanking her for what she's done, say she's the best bus driver and stuff.

A basketful of christmas goodies: cookies, cakes, buns, chocolate etc. would make a great gift.

i think best first u give him a vote of thank for the years hes driving small kids
and then u can give him some chocolates and a turkey as a royal food for cristmas

Fix her like a gift basket with a bottle of tylenol, some ear plugs,a bottle of vodka,and a pack of smokes .

maybe a gift card or better yet a gift set with lotion body wash etc that would be a wonderful gift and she would like that i know she would merry x-mas

Whatever you give her, make sure it is modest because technically she is a civil servant and probably has restrictions on receiving gifts.
How about a box of gourmet tea?
