The Internet Explorer pops up and at the bottom it gives you the option of "Send" and "Don't Send". What shall I do to stop this madness! Thanks!

Do you mean the "Internet Explorer has encountered a critical error" Box?

Try to send it. Maybe the Microsoft Online Crash analysis is able to help you.

Also look, if there are Updates available at Windowsupdate.

Otherwise: If you have a search-bar installed, that is used by Spyware or malware, this can cause Internet Explorer to crash.

Try to scan your PC with Lavasofts AdAware to find out, if your computer is infected wit malware.

Also try out a different browser.
I highly recommend you use Firefox. Its very easy to use, and much more secure and stable than Internet Explorer.

Keep things simple and just try a different browser

United States Computer Emergency Readiness Team:
"There are a number of significant vulnerabilities in technologies related to the IE domain/zone...It is possible to reduce exposure to these vulnerabilities by using a different web browser"

Sounds for me like you caught some kind of spy-/adware program or so.

Try something like spycatcher ( http://www.tenebril.com/consumer/spyware/spycatcher-express.php) to see if this is the case and remove the software that is causing the trouble.
