can u still get the symptoms of coming on e.g..... period pains even if your are not going to come on?

yes you can have cramps like before a period. Most people don't tell you that when you get pregnant especially your first your body isn't used to having a foreign object in the uterus so it keeps contracting trying to expel the object. It feels very much like the cramps for your period. But the only way to know if you are truly pregnant is to take a test.

well, i found out i was pregnant at four weeks, and at five weeks, i had pains that felt like period cramps. my dr said it was from the muscles stretching that hold the uterus in place. i'd still ask a dr.

you can have cramps and feel tired. you might feel alittle preg and you might be preg. get a test to know for sure.
