How do i shrink my video with windows movie maker?

How do I change the resolution to make the file smaller? It is like 17 MB and I need it to be 16 MB.

If you have the Video in Movie Maker, klick on "Save to computer" under "3. Finish Movie".

After entering the filename, klick Next. There klick on the blue "Further Options..." link below the first choice box.

Select optimal File size and choose your 16 MB.
If it won't go below 17 MB, then your video cannot be compressed more by Movie Maker.
