That Blue Scree is "BLUE SCREEN Of DEATH" or BSOD, Microsoft spent its 50+ years of time to swap out this problem, but.... :))
first keep track what u r installing, it could be due to any hardware or software confilict or could be due to faulty RAM. First install only basic software which u needed. No theme, no cracks, No FIREWALL, no new hardware of any type (that are'nt passing windows logo testing also). If it goes right then install one by one of those software and see if it crashing or not. If crashing after a software install or any hardware install then uninstall that s/w and h/w or Update its driver to latest version available. If all going wrong then replace ur RAM module it is most and common coz of this error.
Or see the error on blu screen "that looks like IRQ Xl3984lkj34 " and send it.

There are many reasons for a computer to shut down on it's own. The most common problem is viruses, followed by an overheating problem.
One viruse (the Asser Worm) does this exact thing, but it only effected computers running Wondows XP SP1 and below. SP2 fixed the problem.
I have had problems like this one in the past, both with viruses, and once my power supply overheated. Make sure your computer is kept in a cool place. Those desks that have a part in it for a computer is not the best place to keep it by far.

Try doing a system restore since the computer is still new. If that doesn't solve the problem then take it back to the retail store that you purchased it from and explain the problem. The warranty should cover the problem.

If they said they found no problem, then it may be a power problem. Your power outlet may have hot and neutral reversed. Incorrectly connected power has strange effects on computers. Try it out in a diffrent room and see what happens.

its probably the battery or its overheating and shutting down. some computers (*cough*dell*cough*) can't push all the dust out due to bad designs and it causes them to overheat.

i would call your net provider, and if they didn't make anything better for you then i would ask for a refund and go else where for a brand new pc that WON'T crash. this happened to my friend not long ago.
