My exhusband lives out of state and he's wondering what information he needs to send to the school so that they will send him all of his son's information directly to him instead of me having to photo copy everything. Is there a legal form or something he has to fill out or does he just need to send a simple request?

That depends...What are the legal custody arrangements? If you have joint, with you as primary care giver-then in your divorce papers lie the answer...It should state that he is to be sent notification of school progress..If you have sole custody, then it would be a matter of you going to the school and arranging the situation..
