Please~Laws regarding Car modification in Australia?

Question

My car's tail lamp is broken and I'm thinking about changing it to LED type tail lights. Also, I was planing to paint my car's bumper.

Can anyone tell me if there are any law against those mention above.

Both are legal. As long as the tail lights meet standards and dont have covers or different colours etc. check with the RTA or other state road authorities.
