I have been trying to decide with what path to take...business administration or communiation(radio or television). My mother wants me to choose business clearly for the money and I have to admit I want a job in which I will be making money(that's the reason for me going to graduate school). I'm not sure which path to take.........

On a serious note, it seems like you're in a dilemna as to what you plan to study in college because you want to study in a field that will give you a good opportunity to make a decent and stable income and make a lot of money. I have to say that you should go to college to study in a field that will have good income potential, and in a field that you like/love or have a natural aptitude for and can focus your energy within the field and excel. I believe as our cultures become more diverse and everyone is specializing, it's important to focus on what you're good at that will allow you to make a decent living and possibly help your mom to retire early. I think either of these subjects are great. For business administrations, accounting is a good field to get into as it's stable and becoming a cpa is a good starting point in this career. I don't know much about radio / television, but I have heard that there are other supporting jobs within the industry where most of us do not see these individuals, except for those in front of the camera. Then there's the medical field, which you may have heard that hospitals are constantly in need of nurses, radiology technologists, etc. Good luck in making the right decisions.

Most people take up a career for the moola, so that isn't really an issue. What you need to do is decide on a career that you enjoy doing. Business Admin can be boring and stressful, but working in television &/ radio may be an interesting environment with a wider variety of tasks and opportunities.

you ought to have a minimum volume of money with a view to stay. i like your occasion because of the fact the lady has a plan to attain her dream and on an analogous time has something to fall back on if the dream changes or fails. One third of recent agencies fail during the 1st 12 months. there is not any longer something contained in the dream to point how the lady will pass approximately attaining the dream different than having money for the initiate costs.

People that have a lot of money like Millionaires and Billionaires honed where their talents are and they became really really good at it. Thus made their fortunes on doing so.
So you have to ask yourself first what do you want to do in Life and get really really good at it today and just do it until you are the only one that can deliver that service or product again and again. That's why they called it Top of their field then the Money is just a by-product of what you want to really want to do in Life and it will keep you happy.

You should choose a job based on money. When you finally choose your career it should be something that you can see yourself doing for a long time. Happiness is better than having money, unless money makes you happy? Never mind.

Can you do something you don't love for 40 years? Or can you learn to love it? Maybe there's some aspect of business/management / finance that you'll find interesting and engaging.
And if you've got strong communication skills, the world of business will be happy to have you...

many people choose a profession because of money.....
as for me, if i don't like what i do, i am not good at it. so i believe it is important on the long range to rather love the job, than to be unsatisfied with it.
maybe the money is not as good if you do what you like, but you are happy, and i believe that is more important.
and later in life you might find something where love and money is good.
that happened to me.....

You must choose what you like most - what kind of work you are more suitable. I'll choose business administration because it's something i like, not because of the money.
