when I click on internet this big page with red writing appears:?

saying YOUR INTERNET SECURITY IS BEING COMPROMISED and then it says click here to remove this problem and has some program to buy which Ill never do. anyhow its probably from a site I went to but how do I keep that from popping up? please help me it tells all the sites Ive went to that arent appropriate for a child to see I am an adult but children do use the computer and Id rather them not see the ad in red writing. please dont tell me what I did wrong because I know just how tp erase it. ty

The thing u r talking is Floating Ad or Web ad, these are used to sell a less known product by giving explicit information about ur system or any malfunctioning of system. Ex: "ur system time is wrong download this or buy this or ur system is infected by spyware download this or this etc etc.. You can block them by using any popup blocker or ad blocking software. Use Firefox instead Internet Explorer. Use "Spybot - Search +Destory"

and one another browser u can use is Maxthon Browser
http://www.maxthon.com/ second one is more powerful than firefox
just click on 'X' button in status bar or Go to its options>>and select all entries. After this u will never see "RED or Blue" marks anywhere..
