No, sorry there is no translation for that. However you say it, it will sound Double-Dutch to a builder. You will get the sharp in-take of breath and then asked to put the kettle on for them.

Gosh..you sound like a contractor barking out orders for underpaid subcontractors that spend more time on breaks than working..See if ya paid these people more money their tat might have been spelled correctly because they could have afforded a professional!! Money talks so hand out a little more and then you can save your breath and your blood pressure!

I feel sorry for you.
I'm about to start a building project and this is the scenario I'm dreading.
Someone told me that you should include a penalty clause in a contract but I've yet to see any builder agree to one. Basically they've got you over a barrel.
