Congratulations, its not going to effect your pregnancy if you and your husband have the same blood group, it can cause a problem if you were negative and he was positive, this is because your baby may carry the positive blood and it can cause you to make antibodies to kill the positive blood. This can be a problem during later pregnancy's as it can cause your body to reject the positive blood. This only happens when your a negative and the father is positive. There is an injection that can be given to avoid any problems after birth if this was to occur.

As you are positive there shouldn't be any problems even if your husband was negative. This will mean your baby will be A positive as both you and hubby are.

Best of luck.

even as human beings of a similar blood team, or of diverse blood communities get married that is going to pose no legal, non secular, or moral issues... in the journey that your question is re-phrased to what occurs if a similar couple produces, an offspring, although , there must be no issues... ABO incompatibility occurs even as a toddler is born to persons of diffrent blood kinds and the babys blood style takes after the dad and by no skill the mummy, antibobies interior the babys blood stream destroys the moms blood this is transfered for the duration of childbirth, breakdown of blood produces a substance elementary as bilirubin, bilirubin is a organic substance got here upon interior the body and its is mostly boken down and excreted interior the liver, ABO incompatibility will strengthen the bodys bilirubin element to such an volume that the little ones liver cant cope up, this can lead on to acondition elementary as kernicterus, a seriously jaundice toddler with signs and warning signs of liver failure, and probably even mind damage, the undesirable information is that as more advantageous babys are born the indicators become more advantageous severe than the first offspring... i'm describing the more serious case difficulty, somewhat, thousands of babys are born each and each day to persons of diffrent blood kinds, majority will ensue some style of jaundice and strengthen in bilirubin yet they oftentimes ensure in 4-6 weeks, in elementary words a very few progression to kernicterus, and with the creation of cutting-side drugs, the fatality price for ABO incompatibility interior the toddler is lower than a million%... although a good obstetrician and a good pediatrician must be recent...with techniques from the way, i virtually forgot, im a clinical specialist... i wish i replaced into of a few help to you...thanks

Perfectly OK. Not only that, having the same blood group makes more likely the possibility of a match if one of you needs a transfusion or an organ transplant in later life.

Nope, the only thing that would infact affect the pregnancy would be if you yourself had the Rh negative factor attactched to your blood type.... nothing to worry about, Im A - (neg). They gave me a shot before at about 32 weeks i think, then one as soon as i had my son.
The worry is that you and your childs blood would mix... if your child didnt inherit the - (neg) to their blood a possible "allergic reaction" would occur. The shots though make you and the baby immune.
