You should try out alot of things and stick to one that works for you. Having warm milk or a nice long bubble bath or being really active during the day or listening to classical music, or jazz music. Some have sex. Then there's also the doctor's prescription. In a nutshell you should do things to help your body and mind relax. Sleep comes eventually.

What I do before sleeping? umm, I read something or watch a movie/tv until i feel sleepy . Then I go brush my teeth and have my vitamins pills.

i will think of that day's activites....then i will check whether some wrong things I have done and whether I have hurt someone.....then I will think of any possible options for curing all such wrong things.....then i will think of what all things to be done the next day....then would just pray to god asking for a better tomorrow.....
