Yah i've had Wow for a long time and I just get discouraged to play it because I get stuck in the initial sections.

www.thottbot.com - is great for finding quests, and details on the quests - i.e., where to find what you're looking for (unfortunately you usually have to weed through the comments to get the useful information). it is also useful for finding npcs, info on tradeskills, etc.

www.allakhazam.com - is good for finding median prices on things for when you're putting stuff up on the auction house.

www.worldofwarcraft.com - the actual wow forums are useful (again, weeding through a lot of info to get what you want though) - they usually have profession faqs and class faqs stickied on their respective forums.

www.tkasomething.com - if you're a hunter its extremely useful.

www.tentonhammer.com

www.wowwiki.com - is another very useful one. covers classes, races, instances, quests, npcs and is especially handy if you're trying to work on your reputation with any particular faction.
