1) Dr. No, when Bond kills professor Dent.
Dent unloaded a clip on what he thought was Bond. Bond surprises him and has his gun pointed at Dent and tells him to sit down and put the gun on the floor. Bond is distracted and Dent grabs for his gun on the floor and points it at Bond and fires. the gun goes 'click', there are no more bullets left.
Bond casually looks at him and says, "that's a smith and wesson and you've had your six." And then shoots Dent dead.
