Abusing someone is NOT freedom of expression. Freedom does not mean you can do whatever you want, it means you are free to do what you want as long as you don't harm anyone. Your freedom ends where mine starts. By abusing others you are limiting THEIR freedom and you are not free to do that.
And it's really stupid that it's illegal to debate about or doubt the holocaust. How handy to just put a similar law whenever officials don't want people to dig too deep in search for the whole truth. If there is nothing to hide, why make a law like this?

Maybe abusing someone is freedom of expression where YOU live, but not here in the western world Its a crime. Denying the holocaust isdenying humanity. And teaching that it didn't happen is indeed punishable. Its called disseminating hatred. So, If you are going to deny the truth. stay in Iran with the rest of the Nazis.

of course it extremely is. Zundell is in reformatory because of the fact he dared to hold the Holocaust tale as much as purpose scrutiny. At his trial, real evidence became disallowed, and the reality of such evidence became deemed beside the point. Denying historians the main appropriate to learn the info and objectively checklist their findings on the Holocaust or the different historic journey for that remember, might in simple terms upload extra suitable doubt to the accuracy of the common conclusions. interior the courtroom of Freedom, the Case is under no circumstances Closed. -Campo

I have no idea what you are asking. If someone is debating whether the holocaust happened, I wouldn't use the word 'scholar' to describe them.
If you do not believe it happened, its not a crime. There is no law against stupid.

Not true,
Promoting hate is a crime, one is free to "debate" anything. If you start telling people that x race should be slaughtered, then you have crossed a very well defined line.

Debating, or denying? No scholars would deny it. And what are you talking about when mentioning abuse?

The second half of that statement is only true in Germany. I don't think the first half is true in any western country.
