If you can't change order, then all you have to replace is "her" with "she!" Duh. You should really learn English properly... when to use indirect objects and direct objects, etc.
...
Listen, think about this logically!
You do NOT say, "Her went to the basketball game," do you? You say, "SHE went to the basketball game." Common sense. When you have something like "and," you can usually break the words up into their own sentences.
Billy went to the basketball game.
She went to the basketball game.
THEREFORE...
Billy and she went to the basketball game.
However, it is more common to hear "she and Billy."

No it is not correct. Her is a possessive noun. Also you can figure this out by taking off the "Billy and" which leaves you with "Her went to the basketball game." This is obviously not correct. The correct pronoun would be "She".
Billy and She went to the basketball game.

Hi kitty, It's me, Millsberry Expert again. I just e-mailed you about the teddybear thing. Anyway, it's "Billy and SHE went to the basketball game." I'm home schooled and this is a moethod my mom got and it works EVERY time! If you take off the Billy, does "Her went to the basketball game." sound correct? NO! But if you take off the Billy, then does"She went to the basketball game." Sound correct? YES! So "Billy and she went to the basketball game." IS CORRECT! I hope I helped.

No. It is "Billy and she". If you leave the word Billy out, you would not say her went to the game. You would say she went to the game. Use the word that would fit if you leave one of them out.

It does not matter if you can or "CANNOT" change the order of the words - it should still be "she" not her...
As it has been said several times around, just take one person out of the sentence and see if it makes sense.
