I'm not gonna do all of them for you but i'll tell you the easy way to do it.. it's called the scissors.. you draw a big x (open scisors) on a draft piece of paper... then you take the last number on the right of the polynomial (the one that doesnt have a variable in it a or s or n or whatever)

if this number is prime, you put it on the top right corner of the x and a (1) in the bottom right corner.

if its not prime you just divide it by a number you choose and put that number and the result at the right corners of the x

now you take the right most number of the polynomial (the one that has the variable squared) and do the same process only this time with the right corners of the x

when thats done you multiply the top left corner of the x with the bottom right corner. and write it down.
then the bottom left with the top right, write that down too

you now have two numbers, you should see if you can add or subtract them to get the middle number in the polynomial (the one that has the variable at a power of 1).

i know it sounds a lot and confusing but it's just difficult to write it down.. if someone could show it you it would really show how easy it is

1. 7a^2+22a+3

you take the (3)
its prime, so it will become 3 and 1

the (7) is also prime so it will become 7 and 1
the x is going to look like this
7a 1
. X
1a 3

now you multilpy 1*1 = 1
and 7 * 3 = 21

so the sum of these would be 21 +1 = 22 which is the middle term.. so it is correct the answer you get is from the X sign itself
take the upper two numbers in a bracket and the lower two in another. so it would be = (7a + 1)(3a +1)

2. 3a^2+14a+15

3a 5
. X
1a 3

3* 3 = 9
1* 5 = 5
5+9 = 14 which is equal to the middle term
so (3a+5)(a+3)

3. 2y^2-7y-2
you've got something wrong with this one... its either 2y^2 - 5y - 2
or its Not Applicable or something.. just double check

4. 3y^2+5y-2
3y 1
. X
1y 2
so its 3*2 = 6
and 1*1 = 1
and 6-1 = 5
so (3y - 1)(y + 2)

5. 3m^2-7m-6

3m 2
. X
1m 3

3*3 = 9
1*2 = 2
and 9-2 = 7

so (3m-2)(m+3)

Ok so these are 5/15.. if you continue with the scisors method you should be OK.. if ur still having problems mail me or something and i can explain better..
hope it helped

I think posting ALL of them is asking for alot, I'll do the first and last for you

Simplifying
7a^2 + 22a + 3

Reorder the terms:
3 + 22a + 7a^2

Factor a trinomial.
(3 + a)(1 + 7a)

Final result:
(3 + a)(1 + 7a)

the only way to get 3, is 3*1, so that's 2 terms, then the 7 in 7a^2 provie the secon term, then it clicked that (7*3)+1=22

Simplifying
3t^2 + -32t + 20

Reorder the terms:
20 + -32t + 3t^2

Factor a trinomial.
(2 + -3t)(10 + -1t)

Final result:
(2 + -3t)(10 + -1t)

3t^2 means that there's a 3 and a 1 in the factored term, an the factors of 20 are 10 and 2, or -10 and -2. Using those numbers, (3 * -10) - 2 = -32, the middle term.

So, use the terms as clues, starting with the squared term.

wow, only 16% of your homework eh?, better get started!....
