So Americans can stay in the USA and then the meek can then indeed inherit the earth or the rest of the world.

I know, to answer your question. lets just kill everyone, eventually they would raise up an army and force their obnoxious and loud beliefs on all of us. So a pre-emptive strike against them would be the best Governmental Philosophy.
