All you uptight idiots that answered this question like dude was serious have obviously never heard of sarcasm. Albeit, the asker has a dark sense of humor, but so do I and I totally 'get it'. Relax, take a chill pill. Learn to laugh sometimes...GOSH!

Bill Gates has more lawyers than God. And it is true as I am sure you know that if you want to remove only the shortcut, it is done in the desktop by right clicking the icon and then left clicking on delete. If you want to remove the entire program, you have learned that this is only done via "control panel">add/remove programs.

Unless there are ACTUAL violations of the law which the police can witness, they cannot simply choose to arrest anyone, so it's not clear at all what action you expect hem to take. Certainly, after 15 complaints with nothing to go on, the police would stop listening to you. Ever hear of the the Bow Who Cried Wolf? That's you, constantly complaining about things that obviously are not illegal, until even actual crimes will be ignored. In any event, your police department is not legally REQUIRED to act on your complaints, If there is evidence of gross negligence, you can have the State Attorney General investigate, but you'd have to have some real facts to convince them to act. You cannot under any circumstances sue for lack of action on their part.

Unfortunately, you don't have a case. Because while you are smart enough to know this information already there is always some dummy out there that doesn't. Somewhere is a Jethro who bought a "Comb puter at the flea market so he could look at dem buttnaked pictures on the innernet" He only knows how to turn the pc on and click Internet explorer and that dude needs to be reminded about everything.

Certainly you can sue him. Of course he would have thirty-six of the best lawyers available against your single lawyer. He would have two hundred million to prove you are wrong. How much would you have?
Sometimes you just can't win.

Well, it's worth a shot. By the way, this post actually counts as legal advice, so if/when you get your billion dollars, you're gonna have to split it with me. Sucks, I know, but that's the judicial system for you.

You cannot be guilty of slander for making someone feel stupid, only falsely accusing someone of being stupid in a public forum.

IN MY OPINON, YOU ARE STUPID. my God someone should get you a dictionary. No slander took place at all, AND even IF he came up to you and directly called you stupid to your face, it's not slander. freedom of speech. stop wasting your time trying to get rich quick and read a book.
