Yes, N is the latest in wireless. You have to understand that to take advantage of the faster speeds that N is capable you have to have all your network cards and router using N.

N uses multiple channel dispersion to simultaneously transmit data over more than one radio channel, as opposed to G and B that use only one such channel.

The good: more speed, more range.
The bad: more interference, more noise, more stepping on your neighbour's wireless installation toes.

If it's in a quite radio area, go for it. If it's already crowded, it won't make a difference (it will in your pocket however).

yes both are fine but n is hte latest and its just link a model so the newer the better

N is not backwards compatable to G
thats when it be comes available
