well, an enteric fever is no bar to getting pregnant. probably what's bothering you is how can a girl get pregnant when her periods have not yet started. the answer is that sometimes girls ovulate without menstruating, and this applies in this case. at the age of 12 it is not impossible to ovulate. and lastly you can get pregnant without intercourse while just spilling semen on outer genitals, as the sperms speed up their way inside towards fallopian tubes.

You better report "the child" to the detectives of your local authority. That child has been the victim of a crime.

It's very very unlikely, but possible. Please take the girl to see a doctor.
The doctor will be able to determine whether she's pregnant. if abuse was involved - which seems likely, since she was sick and a 12-year old can't really give informed consent - the doctor can also help deal with the other consequences.

Unfortunately she can! Even though she has not had her menstrual cycle her organs might have already developed enough to be able to bear a child... I have read about such cases in medical journals, just dont remember exactly where....
