I have found that "prayer candles" that you can find in the ethnic section of most grocery stores will burn for nearly a week. Look near the hispanic/Mexican food section. This may not be what you're looking for but if it is ---CHEERS!!!

I live in Massachusetts, and all supermakets up here (Shaws and Stop and Shop, and Market Basket) have a Goya foods line. If you look there, usually there are white candles in jars that are about 12 inches tall. Some supermarkets have ones with saints on the front, if that's what you are looking for.

You can also go to the Bodega, which is defined as "A small grocery store, sometimes combined with a wineshop, in certain Hispanic communities."

Oh, by the way, they aren't labeled "seven-day" burning candles, you just know by looking at them. They are in glass jars, for safety and can safely burn for 7 days without monitoring. (i.e. you can leave the house with them burning)... They usually come in multiple colors.

Hope this helps!!

Grocery stores, Wal Mart has them in the candle sections. They usually will have pictures of saints on them. Wal Mart also has them in different colors. The size of the one's with the picture on them are the 7 day ones (Lite one and you'll see that it actually burns for 7 days)
