There is no one click update available in Yahoo Messenger. However as others stated here, go to http://messenger.yahoo.com
click the Get Started button which will guide you with the installation/update process. You dont need to worry about your buddy list and uninstallatio of current version etc. Everything has been takencare during the new installation yahoo messenger 8.1 with voice support.

If u already run msn msngr, it should promt u to update if required.
