Unfortunately this unit stopped working and now does not function. When the system is plugged in and turned on there is a delay and then two of the four lights on the ring flash red

Read the manual first before calling xbox support. It will tell you what is the problem if you have 2 flashing red light. Usually the 2 red lights means that the console is too hot and you won't be able to play games until it cool down. Keep the xbox 360 in a well ventilated area will keep this from ever happen again.

haha.. Just call them to tell them what wrong with your system and they would ask you to send it in ask . I had problem on mind xbox360 and Forgot what was wrong.. i got my last year and less then two month i call them saying i having problem they check it and they say me send out new one...i hope you got the warranty with it...

Call 18004MYXBOX and they will instruct you on how to return your console. Hope your warranty is still valid :-)

yeah happened to me too. you have to return it, they should send you a new one for free.
