I'll be having something quick and simple, and alone, on Xmas day.
Can't get in fesstive spirit as working a 12 hour night shift starting at 7:30 that night.
Will make up for it when I get time off between Xmas & New Year though

No. Gosh, I don't think I've ever had goose for Christmas dinner. Usually ham or turkey.

i won't be roasting a goose. i've never had one before. this year, we're making turkey breast and beef brisket.
