1. Do simple basic math
2. Write in clear legible cursive
3. Write in clear legible print
4. Spell up to at least an 8th grade level
5. Graduate high school with higher than a D average
6. Learn table manners
7. Enjoy a book - of ANY kind
8. Have an attention span of more than 3 minutes
9. Uphold the law
10. Learn that when a DEE and a DEE marry,
you get kids that are DEE-DEE-DEE....

People who worship and try to emulate and try to get the attention of Hollywood Royalty or Rock Royalty. Getting favors from the famous is probably as easy as soliciting favors from the ancient gods.

otherwise anyone who can live their entire life as a moral & ethical black hole. it's easy really. the classics are: lie, cheat & steal. treating everyone like trash also helps.
