Mine once got mad at me because the sandwiches HE made for HIMSELF were inedible. His reason? I didn't tell him he didn't like them that way! Can you beat this?

Well here's two that I think were ridiculous.
1) We were meeting at a friends house right after work. On his way, my husband stopped at FedEx. He locked his keys in the car. He then tried to call me on my cellphone, but it was turned off. I apparently drove right past him (how should I know?). When I got to my friends house, I was told he called & to call him.
So, I went to unlock his car to find out he was furious with me for A) driving past &, B) not having my phone on. I laughed and told him he shouldn't take it out on me-HE locked his keys in the car w/ the engine running, not me!
2) We were supposed to meet for lunch @ a place I'd never been. I forgot my cellphone (noticing a theme?), but didn't bother going back as I was late. I got to the restaurant, but he wasn't there yet. I was parked near the parking lot entrance, watching for his car. 20 mins went by, so I checked inside to see if he was there. Nope. Now I'm standing out in the cold at the front door. I started to worry @ this point as he's never late. I debated going home for my phone. What if he's in an accident and calling my phone for help? What if he's dead? An hour had passed. I was @ the point of panic. I went inside to call him, & I looked out the window to see him walking towards the door. I ran outside & grabbed him, crying.
Then I notice that he's furious. I asked why he was mad. Well, HE had been sitting in the additional parking behind the building (what?!where??!) waiting for me to show up. He had called my cell, and was mad when I didn't answer. Then after an hour, he walked around to the front door, saw my car & was pissed. This was a bad day in our marriage. I'm scared he's hurt or dead, and his reaction is to be pissed-off because he was inconvenienced. My well being? Never even wondered about.

Well, you see, I was trying to gain a little sympathy for being scared about a car accident that I almost caused because I was avoiding what I first thought was a cat, but then i realized it was a racoon as I lost control of the car. He yelled at me because he thought that I meant that I would have killed the racoon, but not the cat. I don't want to kill anything, just wanted to get some comfort for the shock of my near miss. He ended up stealing three hundered dollars of mine and my sisters keyboard before he moved in with his new girlfreind but told me that he was leaving me because his mom had cancer. And he was 31 at the time. Pathetic, and stupid of me to have even dated him. Yeah, there are some real winners out there. I vow that I will never be a thief or a "Milque Toast" like he was.

My ex got mad and blamed me cause she had baked some cookies which were awful. But she said it was my fault cause I didn't get the brand of butter she uses. I'm sorry I don't care if she had used the same butter as Martha Stewart uses them cookies would have sucked.

i don't know if i can beat your reason, but 5 years after forgiving and 'forgetting?', she got all mad about it all over again out of the clear blue sky. just something dumb i did....

My wife used to get mad at me because I would say that if Liv Tyler or Drew Barrymoore would knock on the door and want me, she would be going bye bye...then she realized that Liv or Drew would never come to Wisconsin looking for me. :-(

one time he got mad at me for his dog pissing on his pants which he left on the floor. he told me i should have known the dog would pee on them and picked them up before it happened. when i asked him why he didnt do it he said "well i was bringing the dog in from outside."

because i didnt believe him that he bought me a camera phone why? because as it turned out he made it all up anyway.
