Yes....I wasn't trying to be mean. It was somebody I used to be friends with but then stopped being friends with because she didn't treat me well. She came back and apologized like year later and asked if we could be friends again. I said yes even though I didn't want to because I didn't want to hurt her feelings...eep, twas stupid...it was a very awkward situation because I always ended up trying to avoid her.

No either you be a friend or you don't. Pretending to be a friend is cruel and I'm sure you wouldn't want it to happen to you.
