If Japan & Germany fought for whatever the reason, I think Kenya would win the war. I really dont know why this would be the case.

From what little I understand about history and global politics, I'd put my money on Germany.
For two main reasons.
A. Japan has a pacifist constitution.
B. I believe there's less division among the European states round Germany than there are the Asian ones round Japan.
Germany has the advantage in my view.

The last time they fought was in WW1 and Japan won the island of Palau etc.

I would say Germany because they would never attack without being fully prepared. Germany, in history has been much more aggressive than Japan although if you asked someone from China, they might have other ideas.
