Really saying they don't find themselves attractive?
I realize life isn't all about looks, but, whatever you look like, isn't it essentially healthy to say to yourself, "I may have a few flaws, but I am the best looking me!"

Yes, very much so. But it is difficult not to compare ourselves with those who Society tells us are beautiful. It might be healthier to say, I don't have to focus on my looks because I have so much more going for me.

Only you can answer that for yourself. It's a interpersonal question, if you have problems asking it then look harder in yourself and try not to judge other people or let them judge you unjustly. But know yourself or you will get picked apart eventually.
